Since then I have been asking them to please process my refund and I only get the round around. Also they lied to me about the product. Because movies and series dont work. ******** is terrible.

Freezing poor service. Can't find me in the system. I got a notice to delete kemo and reload it. It doesn't load. They told me I don't have a account I purchased it 09/02/23 I have the conformation email and user name and password. The stopped talking to me and answering my emails. If I don't have an active account why will my information work on my old firestick. I think the problem is they are from India or Pakistan and once they have our money too bad so sad is the attitude. I was going to buy subscriptions for all my family members for Christmas. NOT A CHANCE IN HELL OF ME EVER GIVING THIS PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY A DIME EVER AGAIN.

These people lie No EPG info for several US channels. Kemosat claimed info "not available" even though other providers supply the info. Kemosat claims "one device = one connection" and a subscription is necessary for each device used, regardless of the fact that only one connection is used at any given time. Kemosat didn't bother to mention that until after payment had been made. Suspect Kemosat doesn't accept PayPal because of a large number of chargebacks.

I have been using TASHAN IPTV for the past three months, and I am extremely disappointed. I keep encountering a ‘missing file’ error while watching movies, and I have to reload it every time. This issue occurs at least 5-6 times during a 2-hour movie. Despite reaching out to their technical team 20 times in the last 2 months, they continue to ask the same basic questions without referring to call notes. Furthermore, they are refusing to provide a refund. I strongly advise against choosing TASHAN IPTV unless you want to waste your money, as I unfortunately did

Get Apollo IPTV NowService is ok, but good luck trying to make a payment. Way too difficult to navigate, only takes Bitcoin, not debit or credit card payments, and despite what they say, customer service is non existent. Tried to renew my subscription yesterday and you have to jump through all kind of hoops, and if you have trouble goid luck trying to get someone immediately. I can't renew my service because of this, and im almost ready to use someone else whose payment system isnt so tedious and inconsistent.
